A refreshing and crisp spin on a modern IPA with a slight haze and beautiful hop aroma coming from the Mosaic & Citra hops.

Fairly bog-standard - well-retentive tight white head on a fizzy mid-golden body. Some fruity hops on the nose, more lagery bread than hops on the tongue. Ends very neutral, almost watery.

On keg at The Port Gaverne pub, Cornwall.
L: Clear, pale yellow with one finger of white foam that lasts right to the end.
S: A hint of lemon zest.
T: Lemon & yellow grapefruit, vaguely pithy, no real bitterness.
F: Light body, steely mouthfeel and a dry-ish finish.
O: A pretty basic American-style pale ale. Fantastic head retention but otherwise not memorable.

Pours a clear pale yellow with fine head.
Smell is fruity and crisp with a hint of sweetness. Notes of peach, citrus, crackers and some elderflower.
Taste is fruity, crisp and light with a soft bitterness. Notes of crackers, knäckebröd, citrus and peach.
Mouthfeel is thin and well carbonated.
Overall,a very drinkable and clean cold IPA.
