Hand Pulled at the Rake
A_slightly cloudy copper with a nice sticky long lasting white cap. Plenty of sticky lacing
S_Slightly spicy rye with a very floral hop aroma.
T_Rye and malt hit the tongue first coming across as mildly sweet. The floral hops come after that offering a nice bitter note. The aftertaste has a bit of the rye in there again and lingers
M_Medium bodied with an above average carbonation for cask. Works well here though as it distributes the spiciness of the rye very well
O_A nicely made rye beer. I'm curious as to what hops they use here but the overall product is good.
