-jet black tap pour with the merest wisp of fine foam. There is a little chocolate in the nose. The flavor is sweet with coffee and cocoa notes. This pour is barrel aged (Pinot noir) and has a slight oak note. The mouthfeel is on the thin side and slick. -a little too sweet for me
