On tap at the brewery taproom.
Black with plenty of rum and some cherry in the nose.
Surprisingly bitter and, not surprisingly, woody and boozy. Too much char, perhaps highlighted by the barrel aging.
O: Disappointed by the flavor given the brewer, the name, and the enticing aroma.
