Sampled on tap at The Tap.

This bock poured a bright, clear, amber-red color with creamy, light tan foam that presisted and clung to the inside of the glass. The smell was a nice, malty (slight sweet caramel) aroma with a hint of grain. It had the typical "bock aroma" that I can't quite put into words [I'm told that this comes from the Munich malt]. The taste was malty (notes of caramel) and lightly sweet with some biscuit and grain notes and modest hops. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy with lingering malty flavors. The body was medium and the carbonation feel low. This was a very drinkable and enjoyable bock, and it seems to be improving with age.
