Had this on "opening night" for cask at the Tap.
It was a clear, lucent honey color, with a thick creamy head that sustained itself all down the glass.
It had a faint sweet scent like distant orange blossoms, and a mellow, light maltiness. Very fine bubbles that dissolved into the next swallow. The only--and slightest--flaw to my taste was the metallic tang in the finish.
This was almost too drinkable.
