Deep amber with a creamy white head that leaves nice lacing down the glass. Smells and tastes of honey, with a nice smooth mouthfeel. Crisp, not too sweet, not too bitter, and at less than 4% abv, I could have drunk this all night.

Sampled on-tap at the brewpub.
This amber ale poured a clear and bright coppery red color with light tan foam that settled flat. The smell was a modest caramel malt aroma. The taste was dominated by dry caramel malt with mild hoppiness and the very faintest hint of diacetyl. The mouthfeel was smooth and dry with medium body and good, fine carbonation. The finish was dry with a light hoppiness lingering after the malt. This was a good amber and would make a fine session beer.
