A - a very cloudy orange/amber. Yeast afterpour was extremely heavier than most of the variety. A full finger head washed down to a thin lacing.

S -Bananas, various spices and a hint of bubblegum

T - The smell carries over well in the taste, with a banana/spice and a hint of citrus rising well with a slight bubblegum aftertaste.

M - Medium body - definitely not a lighter American Hefeweizen.

O - Another of my favorite takes on the Hefeweizen. I grab a fresh sixpack directly from the brewer whenever I am in their area. Great year round.

Poured on-tap at The Tap, the beer was served in a nonic pint. The beer is a pale, opaque, orange-yellow coloring with a filmy, sparse, clingy, white head. Nose of coriander and citrus, with subtle hints of clove. Flavors of clove, subtle citrus, and roasted notes. Very balanced. Smooth, light bodied with a perfect spice balance into the aftertaste of bread, citrus, and clove. Clean, spice-lingering finish. Tasty and drinkable.

Drink this beer quite a bit because it is brewed at a local bar.The best that Haverhill Brewery has to offer in my opinion.

Pours hazy orange color with a white head similar to Blue Moon

Smells spicy and citrusy

Tastes citrusy and spicy. Orange peel and clove.

MF- Very crisp refreshing beer.

Really decent beer that is good year round.

A - Murky as all get out. Wheaty. Small white head leaves fast to ring. Some small spot lace.

S - Straw, light barn, fresh and light.

T - Pretty close to smell, with small core of caramel malt present as well.

M - Light bodied, good carb and balance.

D - Kicking good drinkability!

Presentation: Poured from a 12 oz brown bottle into a Duvel chalice. Thanks to my wife for bringing this back from a recent trip to New England. Label is non gloss paper (I like that) and depicts a decidedly non-Belgian blonde standing in a white dress with her dog. Behind her appears to be old European style buildings. No freshness date.

Appearance: Pours very clear at first, only after swirling the last bit do I get some decent cloudiness. 1/2 inch of white head; falls quickly to a ring around the glass and a small island of foam in the center. The beer itself is pale yellow and cloudy. Some sediment remains in the bottom.

Smell: Strong aroma of orange and clove with hints of Granny Smith apple.

Taste: Slight citrus tang upfront, but fades quickly into a bland and mildly soapy body. Lingering mild sweetness.

Mouthfeel: Much lower than average carbonation; almost flat. Body is okay.

Drinkability: Nothing much going on here, too many flaws to make it worthy of seeking out again. Not too certain that I will even finish this one.

Picked up a six pack of this while passing through Mass.

A yellow color to it, with some cloudiness and a good sized bright white head. It has the smell of orange peel. coriander, some cloves. Taking a sip and wheat hits the palate, along with more orange and lemon too. Yeast is there along with more of the lighter spices in this wit. MF is well balanced and crisp, goes down easy. This is a pretty good wit and works well for this hot summer weather in New England. Another solid beer from the good people at Haverhill.
