Poured this pint can into a classic Dogfishead signature glass.
A rather west coasty style lookbto this ipa. Featuring, a dark amber and copper tones. A thin covering of off white foam spreads out quick but leaves a decent amount of bubbly coverage.
The hoppy dominated aroma is really niiiice....dank, sweet, red fruitiness, BIG floral bouquet , and yeah....wow.floral. A hearty, amber malted barley thing with a bunch of herbs and spuces under the sweet hops.
The flavor starts out with an abundance of earthy and hearty flavor's : peppery and spicy wheat, amber sweet malt and then the big sweetness from the fruity side of Mosaic hops. If something can actually taste floral....this is it. Light sweetness and a few fine layers of wild herbs.
The feel is crisp and juicy, crispy but slick malt, juicy textured hops all makes a pretty fine feeling. As the liquid warms a bit, some Slightly strange medium with a quick....watery , nearly flat effect happens.

A: Poured from the can into a Piraat tulip/snifter-type glass. Body is slightly hazy orangey-amber with a thin film of whitish-grey head.
S: Juicy tropical fruit and citrus - primarily oranges and orange peel. Hint of leafy hops as well. Nice nose.
T: Juicy tropical fruit - papaya, pineapple - blueberries, and oranges/tangerines.
M: Medium in heft, carbonation is modest, making this one feel juicy.
O: Very good stuff.

Dated 1/11/18.
Unfiltered golden in color. One finger of billowy white head, dissipating quickly. Tangerine/orange in the front seat on the nose followed by grapefruit, pine, earthiness and a light bready malt. Sour tangerine, grapefruit rind, sweet bready malt, medium bitterness and pine on the taste. 6.3% is well hidden, lighter carbonation and medium oily body. Bitterness lingers in the aftertaste with the grapefruit rind. Definitely a sour tangerine forward West Coast unfiltered IPA with a dash more maltiness than average.

I had to do a double take at the label when I tasted this to see whether it actually had juice added to it because it really tastes like it has added orange/tangerine juice (the orange bite reminded me a little of 21st Amendment's Blood Orange IPA which does have juice). Nose is hugely of orange and tangerine and really none of the "tropical" fruits like guava etc.
Taste follows the nose with a touch more malt than is currently trendy, and there's a nice bitterness on the backend. The look is somewhere in between WC and NE, neither clear nor turbid. Mouthfeel is in the middle too but closer to crisp than to soft. The only real ding I can give it is that the head was lacking and didn't stick around long (though i really should have another one in a different glass before committing to that).
Another winner from Tap Brewing for me. If you like the fruit forward flavors of newer IPAs but still like a little malt and bitterness to go with them, their IPAs are definitely worth checking out.
