On tap last night at Novare Res. 12oz pour into a tulip glass
A: A light orange/peach color. There was a thin white head. Little to no lacing
S: Mostly floral notes with a hint of honey. Honestly, not much nose on this one
T: A sweet, almost tart flavor. Similar to granny smith apples. Somewhat earthy with wheat/straw
M: Light, dry and highly carbonated
D: I enjoyed this beer, but was expecting more. It is very drinkable with really no hint of alcohol. Try it if available, but don't go out of your way to get it

Tasted this beer first at the Tap about two weeks ago and it was exceptional. Tonight we are tasting it out of a growler...
Pours a quickly receding head with a nice golden clear grain, straw color.
In the nose this beer has complex grain aromas and almost a definite Belgian Tripel/blanc yeast nose.
In the mouth this beer is rich, tight with lots of grain, mild malt but superb drinkability. Alcohol is hidden well, this beer is dangerous because it is so drinkable!

A- delicately poured with minimal fine head. light honey straw color and very hazy.
S- Very clean and sweet, fresh.
T- rich full fruit with a faint hint of honey. Banana, pinapple and a tang of lemon on the sides of the tongue. Very refreshing without big alcohol taste. But the last taste is an alcohol finish.
M/F- Light, as you'd expect from with a Belg Tripel.
D - Hiding a lot of alcohol here which could limit you to 1 or 2. I also think that the taste would be cloying after a couple.
Great to try on tap. If it was bottled, a great brew to share a bomber or two with a friend.

On tap at the Union Brewhouse in Weymouth 11/8/09. Served in a Samuel Adams Hallertau Imperial Pilsner glass.
Served an opaque but not cloudy bright yellow, with about one finger's worth of dense, creamy, perfectly white head.
Smell is very faint. Gives off a sort of clean alcohol smell mixed with a sort of dry straw smell. Not very appealing at all.
Thankfully, taste did not follow the nose at all, in my opinion. Fairly sweet and mellow, the most dominant flavor was a sort of banana. Also suggests a bit of bubblegum. Not even a hint of alcohol.
Feel was smooth, very low carbonation, somewhat thick body, at least for style. A very mellow drinker. Super-easily, and perhaps dangerously, drinkable. Possibly the most drinkable I've had of its type, in fact. Not complex by any means, but delicious, enjoyable, and ultra-drinkable.
Compared it to the Allagash White my girlfriend was drinking at the time, and this, in many ways, seemed like an amped up version of the same flavor profile.
