This poured out as a lightly hazy yellow color with a white foamy head on top. The smell of the beer was a little on the sour side but smelled a little like lime I thought. The taste of the beer had a subtle tartness to it along with some wheat notes in the finish. The mouthfeel of the beer was very light, similar to water. The carbonation of this way pretty light. Overall it fits the style I think. I would try it again in the summer time, I feel that would be the best for a beer like this.
