Poured on-tap at The Tap, the beer was served in a nonic pint. The beer is a bright, hazy, straw-yellow, almost opaque, with a filmy, frothy, clingy, white head. Nose of pine tassels and resiny pitch, with a solid blend of grapefruit tart and sweetness. Flavors of tart grapefruit, like a mouthful of real fruit in your mouth, with a peppery undertone on a grassy backbone. Hop bomb, but insanely drinkable. Great lacing along the glass. Light, smooth bodied, with a resiny, bitter, piney aftertaste. Dry, clean finish with a tart grapefruit linger. Wow! Growler coming home this evening.
