Cask pour at The Tap, the beer was served in a nonic pint. Citra hopped wheat with 24 IBU, according to the bartender. Slightly hazed yellow-straw coloring with a tall, frothy, off-white head with very good retention. Nose of citrus sweet, toasted grains, and floral highlights all blending and balancing well. Flavors of toasted grain forward, with a quick follow of grass, cedar, and bitter hops. Body is slightly watered down, with a peppery-bitter aftertaste and a clean, smooth finish. Very unique brew. Solid hops profile, and very drinkable.
