Appearance: Cloudy golden yellow with two fingers of white head.
Smell: Crisp, clean. Was expecting peaches but not noted.
Taste: Whoa! This is a mighty tasty beer! Very crisp, clean taste that says you've made the right choice. Very mild taste of peaches.
Would love to have a growler of this while grilling out in the summer but Texas (fill in your expletive of choice) laws make brewers jump through hoops to do growler fills. 903 had some very nice growlers for sale on site but can't fill them . . . yet. (But they are working on it in addition to working on a bottling line).
Mouthfeel: Moderate carbonation with a nice smooth finish.
Drinkability: Very, very drinkable wheat ale. Really hit the spot on a sunny July day.
Had on tap at 903 Brewery. Strong work 903!
