Pours out black with a brown head. Retention is excellent.
Lightly toasted coffee with coconut cream. Also picking up vanilla, and hints of chocolate with some alcohol warmth.
Sweet chocolate comes out more in the taste. Still getting a good amount of coconut and coffee although with an ever so slight bitterness. There is a lot going on but does not seem out of order.
The mouthfeel is full bodied and rich. Its smooth, silky and with a complimenting light carbonation.

Sweet. Def get coconut and chocolate here. For a high abv, this doesn’t have a strong boozy thing going on. It’s really pretty good if you like this type of beer. There’s no in between. Got a Prairie bomb feel to it.also reminds me of a Lakewood offering
Def not operating heavy machinery after a couple of these. I’ll be back in the late fall when I move away from ipa’s.
