12 oz can from Tavour. Pale golden, small foamy head. Cinnamon aroma. Taste adds some sweet vanilla (the frosting), more of the savory cinnamon. Total effect is a cinnamon roll...spot on.

12 oz can
Pours mostly clear golden, white lacing for a head.
Aroma is sweet bready malts, cereal, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Tastes of sweet pastry and bready malts with vanilla, cream, cinnamon and other pastry spices.
Medium body, light tingly carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
It's a cinnamon roll in a beer. Exactly what it says on the tin. And it's good. I wouldn't drink it often but I would have it again occasionally.

Medium-gold and just shy of clear with a finger of white foam on top... Smooth and soft and drinkable, with appreciable vanilla and cinnamon - both handled deftly - imparting flavor without overpowering... Mildly sweet, very little bitterness, hint of sweet citrus; amply carbonated... Good stuff...
