Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a super hazy yellow-orange color with a tiny white head. The head fades super fast to leave a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a bready smell mixed with some nice grapefruit hop and a touch of tangerine. Along with these smells comes some pine and a decent showing of a herbal and earthy hop, producing a nice sorta dank and sweet smell overall.
Taste – The taste follows the nose very well, starting out with a decently strong citrus flavor of lots of grapefruit and some tangerine sweetness, as well as having a decently strong bready and cracker taste. As the taste moves forward more dank hop tastes of a big herbal and earthy hop come to the tongue. The hop flavors that come to the tongue are of a more fresh hop and secondary hopping like flavor and leave one with a dank and thick flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the brew is on the slightly thicker and chewier with a carbonation level that is rather low. For the dank and citrus tastes of the brew the feel is rather nice and makes of an easy drinker.
Overall – A rather nice dank hazy IPA. Very much worth a try and rather tasty.
