A: The beer is opaque dark purple in color. It poured with a finger high purple head that left lots of slushy bits of fruit down the sides of the glass (like salt around a margarita) and a thin layer of bubbles covering the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of black currants and marshmallow are present in the nose.
T: The taste has lots of flavors of coconut along with notes of marshmallows and hints of black currants and blackberries.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and somewhat smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the taste of this beer as it was packed with lots of flavors of coconuts and marshmallows along with notes of berries.

Another strange but amazing berry-smoothie from 903. We ordered this from Tavour and poured into a pint glass. It is as advertised, but if you don't like the idea of huge amounts of puree in a beer then you might not like it.
Look: It poured a deep, dark (almost blood) red color with a quarter inch red head. As we drank there was a tremendous amount of puree clinging to the glass, making the glass look like a bloody-nightmare.
Smell: It smelled of deep black currant and blackberry. A deep dark fruity aroma that sticks in your nose while drinking.
Taste: Sour/tart (its a Berliner weisse), dark fruit, black currents and blackberry in the nose and on the palette as you drink. I don't get coconut or marshmallow. The puree of black currant and blackberry are so very overpowering but not in a bad way. The tartness is mellowed (because it smells very tart) by probably the marshmallow. If you swirl it around in your mouth and REALLY reach you get some coconut.
Feel: FULL body because of the amount of puree. Slight acidity from the fruit and tart character that sticks with you.
Overall this a good beer if you like fruity Berliner weisse beers, and you are into the smoothie movement in beers. We are trying stuff and this is the second smoothie we had from 903 and were impressed by their ability to take a typical Berlinar weisse and add a TON of puree to make this more like a fruit smoothy than a beer.
