Appearance: Deep brown body, with clear, dark amber highlights before a strong light. The head is small, finely beaded and soon collapses to a scattering of foam on the surface. The lacing leaves a thick, irregular unbroken ring about the glass wall.
Aroma: Dense aroma of bitter cocoa, chocolate brownies, coffee, vanilla, sweet alcohol, dark roasted malt and a bit of wood.
Taste: On tasting a wave of sweet alcohol and chocolate brownies is presented. Bitter cocoa and roasted malt follow on. Midway through the taste, there is a dominating wave of chocolate syrup, coffee, vanilla and wood. The rather high alcohol content of 11% ABV offers a moderately spicy, bourbon-like note and a gentle warmth. As the taste draws to a close, there is a mild flourish of herbal hops, which offers a bit of balance. There remains a good amount of chocolate, coffee and vanilla at the close, lingering on with exquisite grace.
Mouth feel: Smooth, soft, full and velvety.
Drinkability/notes: An elegant slow sipper of a dessert beer. Wonderful alone or with chocolate desserts.
Presentation: Packaged in a standard twelve-ounce aluminum can, served in a La Fin du Monde tulip.

Aroma is coffee, chocolate/white chocolate, nutty malts and a good hint of butter. The flavor is chocolate/white chocolate, malts/dark malts and a mild/medium sweet caramel/acidic finish.

Visited the Taphouse in Sherman and got this one on tap as part of a flight. Short 8 ounce pour in a cup.
Look: black-ish. Small pour with small light tan finger size head with nice lacing down the cup.
Smell: smells like chocolate, vanilla, white cream from an Oreo. Small roasts and a little booze.
Taste: Oreo in the nose, followed by heavy roast, booze, and hints of coffee. Bitter after taste, but heavy booze notes on the end.
Feel: medium to heavy body, very light tickle of carbonation. Somewhat drying.
Interesting sweet stout. Milk stout base with Oreo, and some coffee. They call it a white chocolate stout but could easily called it an Oreo cream coffee stout and I would have given this a higher rating because that would match better.
