A: The beer is very hazy dark purple in color. It poured with a half finger high pink colored head that quickly settled down, leaving just a minuscule collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of peanut butter are present in the nose along with notes of berries.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of berries are stronger and more in par with those of the peanut butter. There is a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: Drinking this beer is like having a liquid peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Being a Berliner Weisse, it's quite easy to drink and isn't that heavy on the palate.
