Medium bodied with about the same for the body
Aroma is mixed grain, toasted grain, cereal with some earthy hops and honey.
Taste has some sweetness which is quickly replaced with a mild hop bite and then some honey that lingers
This was a very enjoyable brew

Gold pour, thin but steady head. Nose is floral.

Taste shares light herbs, floral, light kilned malt, over ripe pear. Mourhfeel is light. Finish see the herbal hops start to flex a bit.

Just your typical Pilsner. Nothing to standout just like all other pilsners. Basic good lighter refreshing beer to have after a lawn mowing session. Nothing less and nothing less.

Pours ok with a clean light Golden appearance and minimal head retention.
Nose is like many Pilsners I’ve had with the malts coming off corn-like to me but fresh. Makes me want to dive in.
Taste is sweeter than I thought, with a medicinal edge to the malts. The citrus notes are light and hint of lemongrass. The herbal aspect lingers a bit and even makes it seem stronger than it is.
Mouth feels nice and smooth, even a bit chewy. Spicy bite at the end brings some added crispness that I don’t initially pick up.
This would go good with anti pasta or light Italian food. There wasn’t an Italian Pilsner category for this here so I defaulted to German. Not sure if there are enough “Italian” Pilsners to warrant making a separate category. I’d like it more if it were less sweet and less medicinal, but if you want to try a new Pilsner that’s not at all short on flavor, this has what you want.
