Normally I leave a full review, but I’m just going to say: this should replace mimosas as the Sunday brunch drink. It’s better.

Ordered from Tavour, chilled, rolled, then poured into an imperial pint glass.
Look: Opaque/cloudy pink with obvious bits of puree, one finger off-white head that dissipated leaving a ring of foam and puree on the glass as we drank.
Smell: Sour, passionfruit and pineapple on the front, then there is bit of earthy blackberry on the end. Smells like their typical Berliner weisse.
Taste: Sour passionfruit followed by pineapple, then earthy berry on the backend with some malt that hangs for a while. No booze and no bitter at all. 100% as advertised. The blackberry is harder to find, but the undertone of earthy berry presents itself throughout.
Feel: Medium to full feel with a nice light tickle of carbonation that hangs while it warms. The fruit pulp really add to the feel as does the sour notes that give a little pucker factor, but not too much that it isn't drinkable. This would be a great beer for a warm summer day.
We are 903 fans for sure and this is a nice addition to their slushy line. We get ours from Tavour because we live in the PNW and 903 is down in super north Dallas metro. We read the ratings before we rated this ourselves and were perplexed by the person that said "this isn't an ale". In fact it IS an ale, a Berliner weisse ale that is a little sour like all Berliner weisse beers. This is what 903 describes minus the blackberry, which is often hard to capture when you combine with fruits like pineapple that really stand out in flavor. This is a nice warm day beer that we would get again if we could.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pinkish purple in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge, a large patch of bubbles on the surfaces and some lacing down the side.
S: Moderate aromas of passion fruit are present in the nose along with notes of pineapple and blackberry.
T: The taste follows the smell and has strong flavors of passion fruit along with notes of pineapple and hints of blackberry.
M: It feels light to medium-bodied and "slushy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has no sourness whatsoever - it's more like a carbonated fruit drink with small bits of fruit particles that make it feel slushy.
Serving type: can
