I'm rating this as a kind of novelty beer. It's not something I've tried before and it's not something I'd drink very often. But it's very interesting and worth trying once!
Wow, the can wasn't kidding. This pours thick. Somewhere between a slushy and a smoothie. Thick, full of fruit - you could practically stand a fork in it. Smells like light, sweet peach with a hint of chemical.
Taste... peach, sour, peach, sour, peach. You wouldn't guess 6.2% alcohol at all. The astringency of the Berliner Weisse hits at the back of the throat, but the overall effect is refreshing. And man, the mouthfeel is as thick as you'd think.
Not something I'll try again anytime soon but I'm glad I did. If the idea of a very fruity, very thick, kinda sour, extremely filling fruit beer excites you, I don't know how much better than this it gets.
