Ordered from Tavour, chilled, and poured into a hurricane glass.
Look: Pours an opaque pinkish-orange with a creamy one-finger head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind pulp on the glass. The beer looks very pulpy, almost like a fruit smoothie. Lacing of pulp on the glass as we drank. Nice shallow foam layer on the top as we drank as well, which added to the smell.
Smell: Pineapple, strawberry, coconut mesh together nicely for an almost floral fruity aroma.
Taste: Mild pineapple up front, strawberry follows, coconut in the nose (roasted coconut), strawberry lingers on the backend of the palate with the malt. No booze or hop presence. For a Berliner, the sour is vaguely there on the front but dissipates quickly. Crushable.
Feel: medium to light feel, carbonation is light and doesn't hang. Refreshing and easy drinking. For a 903 fruit beer, this one is not nearly as thick as some of their others.
We have to admit that we are fans of 903. We live in the Pacific Northwest and traveled to Texas, stopped by 903 just to see. Love this brewery. If you like fruit beers, the slushy movement and Berliners, 903 has cornered the market on that niche. This one is super mild and if you like pineapple, strawberry and coconut, this is your beer.
Cheers!

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish pink in color. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and a large patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of marshmallow, pineapple and coconut are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of coconut are stronger, there are additional notes of strawberries, and there is a light to moderate amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and somewhat "slushy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is also a light amount of tartness.
O: The taste of this beer does a very good job at all of the ingredients into the flavors.
