Barleywine is liquid poetry, the king of kings, a beer style worth of great reverence. Our inspired rendition is rich and luscious, a deep amber delight with notes of toffee, toasted bread and dried dark fruit. The addition of woody and herbal hops lend subtle balance to the sweet and complex malt profile.

Dark rosé brown. Quickly dissipating head, non existent lacing. Smell is dark fruit, caramel, toffee, roasted malt. Taste is similar, milder than the smell. Medium bodied, mouth watering finish, crisp, boozy. A good example of the style, but nothing earth shattering.
