Clear, dark brown pour; decent carbonation; thin, patchy head, light khaki in color. Huge sweet aroma; vanilla and milk chocolate; cocoa powder. Big sweet and boozy flavor; milk chocolate and whiskey; star anise; vanilla. Heavy body; smooth and slippery; heavy residual sugar feel; mild alcohol warmth.
Well, the label touts buttercream and whipped cream flavors. I can use my imagination and at least sense the whipped cream angle (I don't know what buttercream is like). For a high ABV beer, this one keeps things balanced as far the taste goes. This is certainly a sweet beer. Pretty good overall.

Appearance - The beer was silky black in appearance with a few bubbles crowning the pour.
Smell - The beer smell like an industrial cleaner. Perhaps, it was something to clean the finish from old cabinets.
Taste - The taste profile brought to mind childhood antibiotics. It carried notes to the pink sludge that was amoxicillin. Nothing will take away the awful aftertaste except time.
Mouthfeel - The body was silky with lactose and low carbonation.
Overall - This $8 dumper was bad. At least I only got a single can.

Pours a beautifully dark brown liquid with a nice one finger head. Aroma is sweet buttercream and dark chocolate. Taste is dark chocolate with a bit of nuttiness added. Like any cave goblin, the ABV here is not well hidden. The brew is not heavy but on the upper end of moderate. There is little carbonation but remains tasty.
