Pour is black with a fizzy, cola like khaki head. fades to a faint ring around the glass.
Nose is a surprisingly pleasant blend of blueberries, coffee, chocolate
Taste follows. upfront a marriage of coffee and ripe, sweet (not tart) blueberries, followed by chocolate. Finish is chocolate / blueberry. Overall flavor profile is definitely skewed toward the blueberry. As the beer warms, the base stout flavors begin to shine through.
Body is a bit thin.

12oz skinny can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of sweet blueberry, rich chocolate, toffee, bourbon and vanilla. Very sweet blueberry taste with chocolate, bourbon and oak. The blueberry sweetness mellows as it warms.
