500 ml bottle into a snifter. Had 3/10/23.
Pours a mostly opaque dark brown, with no head and light specks of cling. Aromas of whiskey, vanilla, malt, chocolate, light strawberry, light oak. The flavors narrow- whiskey, vanilla, malt, some oak, a bit of a spicy taste. Smooth, a very good lighter full body, appropriately carbonated.
Whiskey and vanilla? You bet. Strong, dominant and very tasty. Donuts? Hmm…. There’s not much other than the barrels and vanilla, but it really is pretty tasty. Has a sufficient base.
