12 ounce can, canned on 10/28/24, thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about a half inch tan head that stayed around a little while. Decent amount of lacing. The brew smells like vanilla, dark chocolate, and some root beer-like herbalness. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some caramel flavor noticeable too. The vanilla does stand out compared to the other flavors. Very sweet tasting, too. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's a bit slick and has a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one OK but would have liked it more if the vanilla and sweetness was dialed down some. Worth a try, especially if you like vanilla!

From the tall energy drink looking can in a snifter. This decent dessert stout
pours a dark and muddled brown with a moderate head of khaki foam that settles
to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some light lacing. Nose of dark chocolate,
heavy vanilla, and earthy malt notes. Flavors follow the nose with dark chocolate,
heavy vanilla, earthy malts, and cola notes. Mouth feel is full, smooth, rich, coating,
medium light carbonation, and a sweet cloying finish.

Overall, there is heavy lack of balance in this one with more tasting leading me
to think of vanilla Coke. The abv is well hidden, but the sweetness is a bit over the top.

Cheers

Poured stout black and sported a light brown head that left sparse but lasting lacing.
Aroma lost on my Covid damaged nose.
The taste was as advertised; lots of vanilla, sweet and seriously tasty. This is a no apologies pastry stout.
The feel is viscous and full, like drinking dessert. Went well with the flavor.
OA, I could drink these occasionally but not regularly, not because I don’t like them but they are rich and decadent and need to be spaced out.

4 different vanillas really makes this 3 dimensional. Cocoa, vanilla, and cinnamon on the nose. Huge vanilla and chocolate flavor. Very sweet but it is 14%. Slight bitter aftertaste.

Pours deep black with a tan head. Nose is 100% vanilla with a hint of the booziness. Taste is all vanilla with no additional flavors present. ABV is very present.
