May the Stout Be With You next on the review table. I served at 52 degrees in a tulip glass. I was continuing with the Star Wars Theme beer reviews. The pour created a frothy, creamy light tan two-fingered head with above-average retention. The slow dissipation left no lacing on the glass.
The color is overused motor oil dark brown, nearly black, charting around SRM 36. No clarity, but a few bubbles do show on the sides of the glass. Overall an above-average appearance for an Imperial Stout.
When I poured the beer, maple and coconut aromas, burst from the glass—nosing the glass a few more times. I smell marshmallows, coffee, graham crackers, vanilla, dark chocolate, raisins, caramel, bourbon, oak, burnt sugar, bread, toasted bread crust, a hint of tobacco, and earthy dirt. The aromas are mouthing, watering, and inviting.
The first flavors I get are dark chocolate, coconut, and marshmallows enveloped in fresh maple syrup. Goodness, that was a delightful sip. Taking another drink, I taste caramel, dark roasted coffee, tobacco, bourbon, oranges, oak resin, char, toasted bread crust, bready, burnt sugar, raisins, figs, and vanilla. The beer flavors finish with graham crackers, honeysuckle, loamy dirt, and smoke.
The mouthfeel is chewy and thick, finishing long and pleasant.
Wow! This beer is incredible. The little can burst with flavors that tingle every area of your palate. This is one of the best beers I have consumed from 903. I have a few of their other stouts waiting at the review table. If they are anything like this, it will be a great night. Fantastic beer!

Nose: Caramelized sugar and chocolate raisin.
Pour: Snifter, did not form a head.
Flavor: Sweet but not cloying. Notes of graham cracker spice and maple with coconut/marshmallow in the middle of the taste bubble.
