Stout aged on chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and chili.
Our latest Reserve Stout puts on a wild show with an exhilarating blend of chocolate, coffee, chili, and vanilla flavors. A thick and dark imperial stout boats notes of bittersweet chocolate, molasses, and roasted malts, serving as an arena for a heavyweight addition of complimentary adjuncts. This luscious stout gets a baptism of flavor from layers of chocolate, coffee, chili, and nilla, an enticing swirl of sweet and rich flavors with a show stopping finish of delicate peppery heat. Bold and audacious, Stout Libre wins the fight against boring beer and will send your taste bunds cheering.

Drank 3/19/24.
Pour is a transparent black with minimal head.
Nose is sweet chocolate, vanilla, latte
Taste follows. A big wave of sweet chocolate, coffee, sweet caramel, and vanilla all sit juuuust below a nice firm chili presence with a a bit of heat from the chilis. No bitterness; too sweet. Not cloying and syrupy. Just lacking a bite.
Low/medium carbonation. smooth body. finishes sweet. sweet caramel, chocolate, chili heat.

12oz skinny can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace. It smelled of coffee, chocolate, chili and some vanilla. Sweet chocolate and caramel taste with bitter coffee and spicy chili.
