As expected given the name, this should be treated as a dessert beer.
It has a high level of sweetness that's largely matched by hop bitterness. The aroma, however, broadcasts "iced pastry".

Pours a gold color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma of vanilla, maple and spices. Taste is very sweet and spicy. Strong maple flavor with a bitter finish.
