Dubai chocolate.
It's everywhere now.
Only a matter of time before I found a beer that contained it, as I came across this at the H-E-B in Lubbock, Texas. Had a few offerings from 903 before and this was on par with them, for the most part!
Hazy and gold, more than enough head topped this off as it settled down to a ring around the top of the liquid. Soapy hints of rings remained near the center of my pint glass with that being it for any lacing. Lots of rich chocolate, pistachio, and malt in the nose with a hint of peanut butter, as the taste closely followed suit. Sweet, full, and not terribly creamy, this almost felt like a dessert rather than a traditional Cream Ale.
Couldn't feel the hops or the booze here as this was easy to enjoy and have again. Born on 10/20, this held up well and would probably be great on tap with just a bit carbonation and liveliness to it. This may have come across as a gimmick or fad but for those looking for something fun, cheap, and different, they'd need to look no further than this unique offering!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
