L: It pours brilliant amber to light brown permeated by streams of rapidly rising bubbles.
S: earthy hops, a hint of caramel, faint toffee, faint fruit, light toast, and bread crust.
F: The flavors start malty rich and mildly sweet and it gets a little grainy with with canned vegetable notes (DMS).
F: The body and carbonation are medium and very creamy.
O: The beer is pleasant up front but a little too sweet. It cries out for some crisp bitterness. It is a little on the heavy side and the the grainy vegetable flavor on the finish is off-putting.
