Pours a nice dark brown color. Very heavily carbonated. With less than half the can in the glass there's a 4 finger tan head. Head retention is good. Some lacing on the glass.
The nose is a sweet malt aroma.
Taste - Malty, and sweet. There's a bit of caramel here. There's also a bit of a weird aftertaste, that isn't so pleasing.
The body is decent for the style.
That aftertaste just isn't working for me here. I think they could do better.
