French Toast Ale pours a rich brown color with a small, long-lasting head. The aroma is sweet, cinnamon notes, and and sugar, like french toast. The flavor is very much like french toast—sweet cinnamon notes, with a hint of vanilla. Good body and feel. Overall, not overpowering, with some nice sweet french toast flavors.

Pours a brilliant golden caramel color, with mild carbonation and a mild head that leaves no lacing. Aroma is toasty with a slight cinnamon. Taste is maple, caramel and cinnamon. The beer is light bodied and easy to drink.
