This is a traditional style dark German wheat beer. This beer is deep amber in color and is malty in character with rich banana and clove phenolics.

Tap pour at the brewery. Served chilled in a flat bottom tulip-style glass.
Brown colored body. Pours with light tan head. Stays with a thin cap and ring. Leaves behind webs and walls of lacing.
Toasted malt aroma.
Taste is malt dominant, very toasted barley flavor. Floral notes, with a hint of fig.
Medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Malty and slightly sweet.
