L: brilliant gold permeated by streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a thin, white cap with poor retention
S: perfumey, floral scent that quickly dissipates followed by oyster crackers and a mild hop smell
T: Moderate malt, primarily cracker supported by low levels of bread crumb with a slight sweetness up front finishes dry and crisp
F: medium light body and medium carbonation
O: a nicely balanced German Pils that is refreshing and easy to drink

Clear golden color with a finger of quick fading head. A little bit of lacing is left down the glass. Grainy aroma of a grist mill. A little bit of peppery spice from the Noble hops. A little bit sweeter than I like my pilsners, but that is just personal preference. Tastes clean and properly lagered. They are not attempting to hide anything. Light body and could use a touch more carbonation. But that is splitting hairs. Nice pils.
