Appears with a hazy golden color with a rapidly settling head that hangs around with a thin cap. Moderate amount of lacing is left down the glass. Aroma is a surprisingly tart, bready aroma. Some Belgian yeast qualities are detected in the aroma. Flavor is a little more interesting especially when compared to the American style version of the beer. Tart and tangy quality but some of the Belgian yeast spice I expect makes an appearance. Light and refreshing body with nice carbonation. Have to think the yeast did not perform as the brewer intended and some dialing in is still required. The result as of now is a refreshing, low ABV drinker that got mostly negative reviews from the patrons at the taproom.
