Copenhagen 29/6 2020. 33 cl can from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Flying duck seen through binoculars on the can. Faded like an old post card that's been in the sun for too long.
Pours unclear maroon with a red hue and a medium-sized off-white head. Settles as flimsy, thin layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong sweet odor mingling with a more spicy and earthy smell. Brown sugar, chocolate. Leather, linoleum. Light grainy sourness.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a more moderate sour-ish bitterness. Aftertaste is sour-ish. Lingers for a while. Finish is a bit dry.
A bit flat Brown Ale with nice nose and a light sour-ish bite.
