Copenhagen 17/9 2018. 50 cl bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel. Usual Flying Couch design with a happy beer drinker in a Flying Couch.
Pours slightly hazy golden amber with small, bubbly, white head. Disappears after a short while leaving very lonely patch of foam.
Aroma is true to the name. Strong citric odor meeting more moderate berry sweetness. Fresh leaves. Very fruity on the very tart side - and fresh.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery and extremely lively texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by strong and distinct sourness. Aftertaste is sour and lingers for a short while. Finish is dry.
Fresh summer beer where the Zuzu Citrus and the raspberries goes quite well together.
