Copenhagen 25/5 2019. 33 cl can from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel). Weirdly striped can design in purple, blue, yellow and gold.
Pours hazy, milky, golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass.
Aroma is citric, fruity and sweaty. Citrus, lemon with a hint of fermentation and decay. Fairly intense.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, almost flat texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a fairly strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Nice dry NEIPA. Could use a little bit more intensity to be impressive.

L: Very hazy, juicy golden color, one finger white head, excellent thin lacing, no visible carbonation. Juice!
S: Tropical fruits, hops, juicy, fresh. Nice!
