Collaboration with Nørrebro BRAW.
An IPA with both coconut and pineapple. It may sound strange, but it works very well. It is dosed with generous amounts of both Sabro and Mosaic hops.

Copenhagen 12/8 2018. 33 cl bottle from Vin de Table, NV. Flying Couch's usual black label with the Couch hanging in Balloons. Actually a collaboration with BRAW.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with small, bubbly, white head. Settles as flimsy, thin layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Clumps of yeast drifting around. No lacing.
Aroma is Acerbic and fruity. Subdued sweetness of exotic fruits like Pineapple, peach and mango. Strong odor of Grapefruit juice, citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness thats on the verge of being more sour than bitter. Aftertaste is bitter with some remnant of Coconut. Finish is semi-dry.
Despite the added Coconut and Pineapple this IPA manages to be on the sour side. And if you like your beer sour and bitter this might be for you.
