Copenhagen 22/2 2021. 33 cl can from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Pretty abstract art on the an in blue, black and white.
Pours unclear amber with a small white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a light roastiness. Caramel, toffee and hint of sweet biscuits. Toasted malts. Light grainy sour scent.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and a bit thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is caramel-ish.
Pretty middle of the road Vienna. No more, no less.
