Copenhagen 25/9 2020. 33 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. A little coat of arms with a prospecter and a lady Justice.
Pours hazy, brownish golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet fruity odor mingling with strong scent of citric and tart fumes. Ice cream and peach. Citrus and grape fruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry and slightly watery.
Pleasant Session IPA with a decent intensity.
