Copenhagen 30/8 2024. 40 cl from tap at The Black Swan, Borgergade, Kbh. K.
Pours opaque warm, golden yellow with a very small whitehead. Settles as thin and lonely patches of foam. No lacing but some smudges on the glass.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a tart sour scent. Ripe mango and passion fruit. Citrus and tart gooseberries. A bit on the sweet side.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense. Medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart. Lingers shortly. Finish is tart and dry.
Not too sweet Mango and papaya Jam.
