Copenhagen 25/10 2023. 44 cl can from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Black can with a big white star. Simple and effective.
Pours unclear amber with a big off-white head. Stable. Settles as 4 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, toasted, malty odor. Caramel, toffee, toasted bread, hints of brown sugar.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, rather flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingers for a bit. Finish is soft and sweet.
Smooth, slick and sweet.
