Copenhagen 2/7 2022. 33 cl can from Lagar, Rantzausgade, Kbh. N. Golden brown seventies retro can with big white letters with heavy shadows stating the humorous tribute to Otis Redding and Oat.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with big, fluffy white head. Settles uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with gentle citrus. Ripe peach and mango. Subdued scent of grapefruit and lemon. Pine and resin.
Light carbonation. Medium thin, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid NEIPA with a silken mouthfeel.
