Copenhagen 3/11 2019. 50 cl from tap at Behov, Rentemestervej, Kbh NV. Pours opaque, dark brown with alight beige head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense, sweetish bit with a sharp bitter sour streak. Sweet caramel, roasted dark malts. Prominent odor of sharp bitter coffee.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, almost flat texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong, sharp sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter-sour. Lingers for a while.
Light good stout with a sharp edge.
