Copenhagen 2/12 2019. 33 cl can from Køl Beer Web-shop. Photo of a evening sky which does not look particularly blue on the can.
Pours hazy, orange-ish, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles ad thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, sweetly exotic and refreshingly citric. Peach and pineapple and mango. Citrus fruit and lemon. Lightly acerbic.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery and lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed and balanced by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Solid and well balanced NEIPA.
